We specialize in helping skaters get properly fitted with boots and blades based on their size and appropriate skill level. Kinzie's Closet is a U.S. based internet retailer but we ship to most countries. We accept most forms of payment, to include Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping partner of choice. We make allowances for returns, however the customer must receive a return authorization number prior to their return. Kinzie's Closet will not accept ANY returns WITHOUT a return authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the box.
