For the small office use we have some monthly saver capsule plans using our origins range. This is calculated on the number of coffee drinking employees. Blue Penguin Coffee is a locally grown pop up pour over bar out of Minneapolis, MN. We opened in the summer of 2016 at the New Hope Farmer's market. Our company value and focus has always been to not just serve coffee, but to create a whole experience. To do so, we pour or craft each cup of coffee by hand for each customer. We use only the finest 100% Organic Shade Grown Coffee beans and have teamed up with a local coffee roaster who offset their carbon emissions through reforestation efforts in the Mindo Cloud Rainforest in Ecuador. We have also expanded our business to delivery, e-commerce as well as a blog about all things coffee.
